Domestic Shipping Terms
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time for Domestic orders is within 5-7 working days. However, extended delivery times may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery to remote destinations, or issues at the logistics partner’s end. We do our best to ensure timely delivery and will notify the customer of any delays.
Shipping / Courier Charges
- We provide free shipping for all domestic orders above Rs.3000/-, however flat shipping charges of Rs.150/- would be levied for orders less then Rs.3000/- and during SPECIAL OFFER or SALE period.
International Shipping Terms
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time for international orders is within 10-21 working days. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We do our best to deliver orders within the specified timeline and will notify customers of any delivery delays.

Shipping/ Courier Charges
International customers must pay the shipping charges against the actuals. Additionally, the customer must bear the customs duty, taxes and any applicable charges imposed in the destination country. The customer must pay the logistics partner such charges on the delivery of the package. Please note that all international deliveries are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
General Shipping and Delivery Terms Applicable to both Domestic and International Customers
- We advise our customers to decline to accept the damaged package.
- Customers can track their order status on the website under the ‘Track Order’ section.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. It ensures timely delivery and updates. If our delivery partners cannot reach the customer due to incorrect address or contact information, we will not be held responsible for the delayed or failed delivery. In case of a change of address or contact number, the customer should promptly update the same in their profile or account details on our website.
- Customers must pay the order value (with applicable shipping charges) when placing the order on the website. Order dispatch is contingent upon full payment. Any failure to pay in full will result in order cancellation.
